Turner Promotions is a small family owned company that provides CUSTOM apparel, gifts, marketing, and promotional items that are made to order therefore purchases are not eligible for refunds/exchanges – Sales are final.
Our goal is to provide our customers & clients with great products and services, in the event a product is received with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during the shipping process please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
In your email please include the following.
Picture of item defect or damaged packing and item.
Once we receive your email you will be contacted by a member of the Turner Promotions team within 48 hours. After we make contact, we’ll provide you with pre-paid shipping label to return the defective/damaged item. After we receive the product back well ship the replacement item.
The process should take between 2 – 3 weeks to receive a new item.
